Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of our airline tickets, hotel reservations, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and associated service fees become non-refundable upon booking before midnight. Refund requests can only be considered if the following conditions are fulfilled: You have requested a cancellation and refund with us, and if the fare rules allow for such cancellations and refunds; After receiving your request, we will collaborate with suppliers such as airlines and hotel companies to pursue waivers based on their respective rules and inform you of the suppliers decision. In this case, the supplier decisions are the final decision. Our service fees are non-refundable. Please be aware that we rely on suppliers to initiate refund processes and receive the requested refunds. Once the refund request has been successfully processed, it may take several days for us to receive the refund settlement from the suppliers end, and we will credit it to your B2B id accordingly. Typically, suppliers impose a penalty for refunds. The entire process, from refund processing to receiving credit in your B2B account, may take anywhere from 20 to 90 working days, or possibly longer The refunded amount will only be credited to the agents portal once we have received it from the airlines/suppliers at SCS Travels . SCS Travels will not release any cash refund to agents. Under any circumstances, the agent is also not allowed to request any kind of cash withdrawal application to SCS Travels. Important Reminder - To ensure security, cancellations or refunds for confirmed bookings must be initiated exclusively through the website using the registered email. Your refund will be confirmed after getting confirmation through Email. Requests made via phone call or web chat will not be accepted. If you are unable to access your email, we regret to inform you that we may be unable to proceed with your cancellation request. As per our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP), we offer Special Discounts for U.S. Military, Natural Disasters, Bereavement, Customers with Visual Impairments, Senior Citizens and Youth. Cancellation Process - For your security, bookings may only be canceled over the registered email, and not by phone call or web chat. When requesting SCS Travels to cancel a booking on your behalf, our agents will send you an email on your registered email in which you booked the ticket from us. If you cannot access your email, we may not be able to honour your request for cancellation.
